Welcome to Wanee AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up for, accessing, or using our website, AI chatbot widget, and dashboard (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Policies. Please read them carefully.
1. Description of Service
Wanee AI provides an automated AI-powered chatbot designed to help businesses handle customer inquiries, capture leads, and provide hands-off support. The AI is trained using documents (e.g., PDFs) uploaded by you, the user, to generate contextual and business-specific responses.
2. Data Privacy & Security (Privacy Policy)
We know that your business data and your customers’ trust are your most valuable assets. We are committed to protecting them.
Your Data is Yours: You retain full ownership of all documents, PDFs, and text you upload to train your Wanee AI chatbot.
Conversation Logs are Secure: All chat histories, customer inquiries, and captured leads (names, emails, phone numbers) are stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
Zero Data Selling: We will never sell, rent, or share your data or your customers’ conversation logs with third-party advertisers.
No Outside Training: The private data and documents you upload are strictly used to train your specific chatbot. We do not use your proprietary business data to train public AI models.
3. Account & Subscription Terms
Free Trials: We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial period expires and you explicitly choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Billing: Paid plans (Basic, Growth, Corporate) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees, but we do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
By using Wanee AI, you agree that you will not:
Upload documents or train the AI with content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
Use the Service to collect sensitive personal information (such as credit card numbers or medical records) directly through the chat interface unless legally permitted and properly secured on your end.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Wanee AI platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use terms.
5. Artificial Intelligence Limitations & Liability
While Wanee AI utilizes state-of-the-art technology to provide accurate and context-aware responses, artificial intelligence is not flawless.
Accuracy: We do not guarantee that the chatbot’s responses will be 100% accurate, error-free, or appropriate in every context.
No Liability for AI Responses: Wanee AI shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue, customer disputes, or damages resulting from incorrect information, pricing errors, or advice provided by your customized chatbot to your website visitors.
User Monitoring: It is your responsibility to periodically review your chatbot’s conversation logs in your dashboard and update your training PDFs to ensure maximum accuracy.
6. Intellectual Property
Wanee AI Rights: We retain all intellectual property rights to the Wanee AI software, code, widget design, and underlying technology.
Your Rights: You retain all intellectual property rights to your brand, website, uploaded training materials, and the lead data generated by the chatbot.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes to pricing or privacy policies, we will notify you via email or through an alert on your Wanee AI dashboard prior to the changes taking effect.
